Project goal
The aim is to strengthen the company’s image, promote high-quality keyless software, and highlight the patented KIWI Blue feature.
Target audience
Residential housing companies, property management, office and coworking space owners seeking keyless solutions for convenient, secure, and remote access to their properties.
User Personas
The website structure emphasizes clear organization of KIWI’s products and segmentation by customer types (branches) using the company’s services. This approach helps users quickly find relevant solutions tailored to their specific needs and enhances overall navigability.
Website structure
A minimalist website focused on technology, simplicity, and user comfort — designed to deliver maximum clarity while presenting KIWI’s keyless solutions in a structured and engaging way.
Solution

For Kiwi’s broad product portfolio, I created a mega-menu that enhances both usability and visual clarity. Each product line is paired with imagery to reduce cognitive load and help users distinguish between options at a glance. This intuitive structure streamlines navigation, shortens the user journey, and supports faster decision-making.

Mega-Menu

To emphasize KIWI’s software advantages, I structured the site with schematic blocks that explain keyless access, product benefits, customer feedback, and workflow. This visual grouping makes information easy to scan, helping users navigate faster and more effectively.

Main Challenge

With no visual assets available, I created hyper-realistic imagery using AI tools and Photoshop — enhancing brand storytelling and delivering a more engaging user experience.

Main Challenge

Kiwi Blue
The patented KIWI Blue technology enables keyless door access via Bluetooth. Previously, its presentation existed on a separate page with a visual style that felt disconnected from the main site. I redesigned and fully integrated the feature into the overall website concept, ensuring visual consistency and smoother user flow. The color palette was carefully adapted to emphasize the function’s identity, with “Kiwi Blue” becoming both a branding element and a guidepost for user recognition.
Kiwi Blue

I structured the content into clearly defined sections:

  • News — updates, events, and company highlights.
  • Guides — practical tips and in-depth insights into KIWI products.
  • Press — official releases and curated media coverage.
  • Digital Access Blog — exploring the future of digital access.
  • Lexicon — easy-to-understand explanations of technical terms.
SEO Blocks
To boost KIWI’s online visibility and strengthen SEO while keeping the user experience seamless, I developed a system of modular SEO blocks fully integrated into the site’s design. The challenge was to present large volumes of informational content without overwhelming users, while still optimizing for search engines and AI-driven discovery.
SEO Blocks

By combining SEO strategy with user-centered design, these blocks ensure consistency, readability, and intuitive navigation. The result is a content ecosystem that improves search performance while delivering real value to users.

The new design positions KIWI not as a young startup, but as a solid and reliable company in the keyless door solutions segment. We preserved KIWI’s brand essentials — colors, logo, and visual identity — while introducing new shapes, soft gradients, and modern design elements to strengthen the company’s presence and convey technological expertise.
