Improve the conversion rate of potential candidates by making the company’s services more transparent and accessible.
Website structure
A user-friendly website with a step-by-step application form and logically structured, block-organized information that builds user trust and provides a clear understanding of the company's workflow.
Solution
The core visual style is based on geometric shapes with rounded corners. This approach helps organize content into a clear grid and allows for flexible configurations. The bright colors and smooth edges create a friendly yet professional tone for users.

The configurator includes four steps: 1) Client type, 2) Desired qualification, 3) Client’s educational background, and 4) Personal details.

This structure helps users stay focused on what matters most — getting employed in their field — and increases the chances of successfully completing the form. It also builds trust in the company and its mission.

The testimonials section includes two types of content: video reviews and detailed written feedback. Combining them in a slider helps maintain user focus, ensures the layout adapts well across devices, and optimizes space on the page.
One of the key goals was to clearly explain the Vermittlungsprozess für Bewerber (placement process for applicants) in a detailed and structured way. A shortened version allows users to quickly grasp the main steps. Pop-ups provide deeper context without overwhelming the screen, keeping the user focused on one point at a time.
To support both online and offline users, I displayed the list of required documents — complete with key notes — directly on the website. A clear PDF download button allows users to easily print the list, making the process more convenient and accessible, especially for those who prefer having a physical copy on hand.

One of the key tasks was to present a large amount of detailed information in a structured and engaging way. To achieve this, the website uses a variety of content formats: bento-style blocks with photos, icons, and text, animated icon-text combinations, image galleries, an interactive map, and bullet-point lists for clarity.
